Kevin provides confidential service to clients in all areas of commercial real estate-including sales, leasing and investment property-analysis. He also is able to provide market knowledge and qualitative site selection analysis for users and purchasers of commercial real estate. His involvement with investment properties extends from income and expense analysis, return on investment calculations, to the marketing of investment properties to a regional and national audience. His extensive experience and cutting edge technology with Anderson Commercial & Asset Management has given him an advantage on marketing investment properties throughout the United States and globally.

Born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas, studied Computer Science and Business Management in New Orleans, Louisiana. Kendal's brings his background and experience with international banking in The Bahamas, higher education administration in New Orleans, Louisiana, hospitality, human resources and payroll processing here in Orlando, Florida to our team at Anderson Commercial & Asset Management. Mr. Mortimer currently serves as the Executive Assistant of Anderson Commercial & Asset Management and oversees a number of Operational functions such as processing the company's payroll, transaction management, and daily clerical work that may arise, dispatching vendors, verifying work completion and handling tenant issues. Mr. Mortimer works directly with the company's Vice President in a continuous effort to streamline and improve company operations.
